The challenge
At the heart of the Værnes region, a federation of municipalities known for its magnificent scenery and innovative approach to technology, Værnesregionen IT (VarIT) faced a familiar challenge: efficient allocation and management of user accounts and access control.

Since the solution is easy to understand, more of the employees can perform tasks in eADM. This means that the Værnes region is less vulnerable in the event of absence or when employees leave.

In concrete terms, the transition to eADM has meant that the Værnes region has reduced its IAM-related consultancy costs by as much as 80%. That's a significant reduction in these costs, especially considering that the region has also achieved greater freedom of action and increased opportunities for expanded functionality.
